Moto 360 Smart Watch

We love the pebble Steel's classier take on the smart watch. More than anything it gave us hope that even the wrist computer will find their way into the market soon. If  the Moto 360 in an indication  that could be                                                   happen even sooner that we  thought 

Sporting a round face  and a whole load of style.It is the first smart watch that genuinely looks like fashion accessory rather than utilitarian computer making for a fashionable replacement of to your wrist candy of choice. Seriously , it looks more like a watch then a smart watch all while providing the functionality we expect from a  wearable electronic device      

the Moto 360 sports the round face not just as a fashion choice Acording to lead designer Jim Wicks during Motorola's Google hangout event the round face enables it to have larger surface area while remaining comfortable to wear, apart from being perfectly suited  to the UI of Android wear's notification system. It will feature premium construction throughout (from the metal to the leather) and will likely be priced accordingly which should it as one of the more expensive smart watches in the market when it launches


 
There is no camera in it, So the use cases seem to be focused  strictly on Android wear's core functions of notifications, voice commands, fitness tracking and remote control. One notable omission is a micro USB port which means charging is going to be done through one of the wireless protocols available. It will work with all Android Smart Phones running 4.3 And higher

Despite the Google Hangout press event, details really remain spare about the Moto 360. Expect to find out more shortly before the watch debuts in the summer.

 from the looks of it Android wear designed to work on LCDs  rather then epaper  with acontrol mechanism focused  on touch screen gestures and voice commands. Like other smart watches this smart watch also gives notifications.Allows to receive alerts and updates  from  the numerous apps and services running on your smart phone.It also Integrates fitness get monitored. Playing nice with fitness apps to give you real time data runs on and other physical activities as well as remote functions such as managing music playback on your phone and streaming to Chrome cast

My favorite though is the integration of Google now turning the watch into a veritable virtual assistant on your watch  just pipe "OK Google" to interact the watch via voice command instructing it to dig up information or perform any of the growing number of actions the software supports

Upcoming Android devices are expected to launch from LG, Motorola, Samsung, HTC and other Companies and Brands
